As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to leadership and employees while overseeing essential HR functions including employee relations, benefits, compliance, safety, training, and payroll support.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, corrective actions, and HR best practices
- Lead investigations and resolve workplace concerns while ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes
- Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, retirement, and voluntary plans, and coordinate open enrollment and employee education
- Manage full-cycle leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and other federal, state, and company leave programs, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance
- Oversee workers’ compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and workplace safety initiatives in partnership with operations leadership
- Maintain OSHA logs (300, 300A, 301) and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
- Ensure adherence to federal and state employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA regulations
- Process HR transactions in ADP Workforce Now, including transfers, pay adjustments, terminations, and leave management
- Provide workforce reporting including weekly headcount updates and overtime reports
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience with strong generalist background
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state operations
- SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
