Human Resources Generalist
Signature Retail Services is a leading provider of retail merchandising and fixture installation solutions across the United States. Our team is known for its professionalism, accuracy, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients and retail partners. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our HR team.
In this role, you will work directly with the Director of Human Resources and the HR team, supporting HR operations across a multi-state, field-based workforce. This position demands strong Paycom experience, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of confidentiality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and is comfortable managing a variety of daily tasks and evolving HR projects throughout the year.
You will serve as a key resource for employees and department managers, guiding HR processes while ensuring compliance, professionalism, and a positive employee experience. This is NOT a remote position; you must be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week within our corporate office.
