U.S. Citizen (mandatory, due to the defense industry). <\/div>
Bachelor’s degree in HR’ Business administration or related field. <\/div>
2 -4 years of proven experience in Human Resources and Recruitment, office management, or people operations (startup experience is a plus) <\/div>
In -depth knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and benefits administration. <\/div>
Demonstrated ability to handle both strategic HR initiatives and hands -on execution. <\/div>
Organized, proactive, and resourceful — able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast -paced environment. <\/div>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for people and culture <\/div>
Multitasking and comfortable working in a fast -paced’ growing environment. <\/div>

Responsibilities:<\/b> <\/div>
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, support performance review cycles and maintain accurate employee records. <\/div>
Develop and implement employee engagement and welfare initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. <\/div>
Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. <\/div>
Ensure compliance with HR best practices and local labor regulations <\/div>
Coordinate closely with international HR team. <\/div>
Provide HR insights and recommendations to the leadership. <\/div>
Oversee day -to -day office operations and keep the workspace running smoothly. <\/div>
Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs. <\/div>
Plan team gatherings, off sites, and company events in collaboration with leadership. <\/div><\/span>
