Lead the people strategy for a growing health care organization. You’ll partner with senior leaders to shape workforce planning, engagement, performance, and change initiatives—translating business goals into scalable HR programs.

Serve as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees.
<\/p><\/li>
Lead change management and org communications for process/policy updates.
<\/p><\/li>
Coach leaders on performance, org design, and talent development.
<\/p><\/li>
Identify gaps/risks; implement best practices and corrective actions.
<\/p><\/li>
Own core HR cycles (performance, compensation, talent reviews).
<\/p><\/li>
Leverage Workday and analytics to inform decisions and track outcomes.
<\/p><\/li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare/PHI standards.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
2+ years<\/b> HRBP/Generalist/HR Management experience. Excellent written/verbal communication; executive presence and stakeholder influence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access); SharePoint; Workday. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and operate with minimal direction. Passion for improving consumer/patient experiences. MediClear (or equivalent HIPAA credential) required SHRM -CP/SHRM -SCP, PHR/SPHR<\/b> or similar certification.
