Reporting to the Director of Human Resources,the Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR Department with a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities including employee records management, onboarding, and general administrative tasks.
Essential Duties:
●Provides administrative support to the HR team.
●Files, organizes, and maintains employee personnel files, and scans older files into the HR database.
●Performs clerical duties including photocopying, scanning documents, and preparing documents related to HR projects.
●Coordinates departmental mailings, notifications, and other communication efforts.
●Assists HR Specialist with CORI Background Checks.
●May assist with onboarding new employees including sending onboarding packets to new hires.
●May assist with job posting.
●May assist in preparing and completing a variety of management reports and metrics for employee data.
●May compose correspondence, reports, memorandums, meeting agendas, and other documents.
●Perform additional related duties as assigned to support the mission and priorities of the Office of Human Resources.
