A confidential, mission -driven healthcare organization is hiring an HR Generalist<\/b> to support employees across all medical services. You’ll oversee licensing/credentialing/privileging workflows, administer benefits, maintain HRIS accuracy, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee licensing, credentialing, and privileging<\/b> processes for clinical staff. Administer employee benefits<\/b> and support enrollments/terminations in coordination with Finance. Maintain accurate HRIS<\/b> data and complementary staff trackers (training, vaccines/medical tests, benefits). Manage employee files<\/b>, schedule interviews/meetings, and assist with trainings<\/b>. Ensure policy and regulatory compliance<\/b>; support employee relations and conflict resolution as needed. 2+ years<\/b> of administrative and/or human resources experience. Strong communication, organization, and conflict -resolution skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office<\/b> (or similar) and comfortable learning new systems. Credential: MediClear HIPAA certificate or recognized equivalent HIPAA compliance credential (required). Ability to thrive in a complex, healthcare<\/b> environment. BA in HR or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years<\/b> HR Generalist or HR admin experience. Experience with clinical credentialing & privileging<\/b>. SHRM<\/b> or HRCI<\/b> certification.
