A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager<\/b> to lead People Operations, employee relations, compliance, and talent strategy. This role oversees HR staff, partners with leadership, and ensures all HR processes align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h2>
  • Lead and manage day -to -day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Implement HR and talent strategies to support workforce planning, retention, and succession
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Guide and support HR staff and managers regarding complex personnel matters, investigations, accommodations, FMLA, and terminations
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, ADA, FMLA, HIPAA, etc.)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Act as liaison with insurance brokers and external benefit vendors (healthcare, disability, and retirement)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support performance review processes and provide ongoing coaching to leadership
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage legal inquiries and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR -related legal matters
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Track legal issues and deliver monthly updates to leadership
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Develop and implement employee learning, development, and training programs
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Partner with leadership on culture, organizational development, and change management initiatives
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Lead special HR projects as needed
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Required Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/h2>
    • MediClear credential or equivalent HIPAA compliance certification (required)
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred 
      <\/p><\/li>

    • HR management experience, including direct supervisory responsibilities
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong knowledge of EEO, ADA, FMLA, and general employment law
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience in change management and supporting leaders through complex HR challenges
      <\/p><\/li>

    • High -level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Experience using CRM, HRIS, or other HR technology platforms
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem -solving skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Compensation & Benefits<\/b>

      • Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
