A confidential healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager<\/b> to lead HR operations across a large multi -site medical group. This high -impact role oversees HR functions for employees and ensures all workforce processes, systems, and policies remain compliant, aligned, and supportive of organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast -paced environments, excels at both strategy and hands -on execution, and is comfortable guiding teams through periods of growth or transition.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/h3>
  • Lead full -cycle HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Provide workforce insights to leadership, optimize staffing models, and support strategic planning
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to expedite recruitment and reduce time -to -fill
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Implement leadership development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage job evaluations, corrective actions, grievance resolution, and investigations
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws, wage and hour regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal policies
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Develop and maintain HR programs related to selection, training, promotions, and employee well -being
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Serve as an adviser to executive leadership regarding organizational changes and personnel impacts
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Required Qualifications<\/b>
    <\/h3>
    • MediClear certification or equivalent HIPAA training REQUIRED
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of relevant HR experience (preferred) 
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong understanding of hospital/healthcare organizational structures
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Knowledge of state and federal wage & hour laws
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Familiarity with labor market trends and healthcare accreditation standards
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent communication, problem -solving, and organizational skills
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
