Target Range:

$70,304.00/Yr. - $80,000.00/Yr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Senior HR Generalist plays a critical role in ensuring compliance and mitigating risk across key HR processes, including Leave of Absence (LOA), workplace accommodations, immigration, work authorization, workers’ compensation, and HR system administration. This position partners closely with HR Business Partners and business units to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant HR support.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage LOA, accommodation, and workers’ compensation requests in collaboration with HRBPs and business units
  • Coordinate and manage immigration-related processes and tasks with HRBPs and business units
  • Handle intake and manage non-manager HR requests and processes; escalate or reassign as appropriate
  • Conduct employee data audits within the Axos Human Capital Management System (Workday)
  • Maintain and update employee records and related HR data following established procedures
  • Generate and analyze reports in Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead or provide support for special projects, primarily focused on audits and compliance
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials as needed.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and decisions effectively to employees and managers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in HR compliance processes, including LOA, accommodations, immigration, workers’ compensation, and related HR functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
