POSITION OVERVIEW
The CaPP Institute™, is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to help support the CEO and the team with daily administrative tasks. The Administrative  Assistant will provide a central point of communication for the CEO and the various activities of the business.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the following:
  • Work with the CEO on their daily schedule and pertinent emails.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, team members, contractors, and vendors to help with needed signatures, meeting deadlines and streamlining communication between the brands.
  • Create agendas and itineraries for travel for the CEO and accompanying staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings.
  • Help create and maintain filing systems digitally.
  • Schedule and provide daily status updates on projects and need-to-know items for the CEO.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customer service inquiries through website contact forms .
  • Monitor email and route messages or action items to responsible person on the team.
  • Communicate with customers on missing or declined payments.
  • Track attendance for weekly classes.
  • Review the participant’s final materials in the training program to make sure they have completed all the necessary items for program graduation.
  • Responsible for ordering business supplies such as envelopes, letterhead, and branded merchandise (e.g., hats, pens, mugs) as needed. Additionally, monitor inventory levels for these items and promptly notify the team when restocking is required.
  • Keeping track of client gifts and sending holiday cards on behalf of the company.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS + KNOWLEDGE
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in an administrative assistant capacity.
  • Familiarity with online and remote work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
JOB DETAILS
The position is full-time, 36 hours per week during regular business hours, Monday -Thursday, 9-5 EST and Fridays 9-1 pm EST. The successful applicant should be able to work weekends 4x a year to accommodate the CTI program.
The position is based in Atlanta, GA and the ideal candidate will be within a 1-hour commutable distance. The position is primarily remote but will be required to work in the office occasionally.
