Job Summary:
The Area Training Manager is responsible for overseeing training operations across multiple sites, leading a team of Regional Training Managers. This position is the regional expert and will coordinate with field management to improve training processes and provides leadership and direction for our Driver-in-Training program. This role focuses on managing and implementing training strategies and objectives to ensure the effective preparation of new Drivers-in-Training for obtaining their commercial driver's licenses (CDL). The primary responsibility is to manage and guide the training team, ensure quality in training & the company’s established training program, and stay compliant with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
