Job Title: Part-Time HR Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (with potential for additional hours based on business needs and individual growth)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Part-Time HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations across our 400-employee, 9-franchise automotive dealership group. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in developing broader HR skills over time.
You will play a key role in creating a positive employee experience—from first impressions with new hires to ongoing support for our team members—while gaining exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
