Job duties and responsibilities:

  •  Updating the HR information database from documents such as Personnel Action Notices, Performance Documents, Evaluations and other forms as needed
  • Create and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports to include Personnel Action Notice Log and monthly employee lists to appropriate recipients
  • Mastery of Microsoft suite of software programs
  • Oversee & administers all applicable Leave programs including but not limited to Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, Employee Emergency, Disability, Military, and Maternity Leaves
  • Responsible for enrolling all employees in benefits in a timely manner, explaining and interpreting company programs to employees and dependents as needed
  • Administrate the team member application process with representatives of all related regulatory entities including but not limited to processing and credential issuance
  • Review/advise employees and property management regarding accommodations as requested by Americans with Disabilities Act and records all ADA accommodations.
  • Setting up and maintain an employee wellness program Human Resource Manager
  • Any other assigned duties and responsibilities


Detailed descriptions of experience or educational requirements:

  •  A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prefer one to two years Human Resources or clerical experience in a Human Resources department
  • Microsoft certification a plus
  • Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification
  • Must complete all required company training
