Compensation (Pay): $202,500 to $249,500 annually, based on experience.

Job Summary: The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is primarily responsible for the development and implementation of all human resources (HR) programs that support Peak Vista Community Health Centers (PVCHC) mission, vision, values and goals. The CHRO serves as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team driving talent strategy, organizational development, and HR operational excellence. The CHRO is responsible for the alignment of HR strategies driving employee engagement, supporting sustainable growth, while anticipating incremental and long-term HR needs throughout PVCHC.

Education/Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related area required and Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related area required. One of the two required degrees will need to be in Human Resources. SPHR or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
Work Experience: Twelve to fifteen (12-15) years of progressive Human Resources, Training & Development, and Recruitment experience required, ten (10) years in a director level or higher position required. Healthcare experience highly desired.
Certificates and Licenses: SPHR, SHRM-SCP or other appropriate certification preferred
Language Ability: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and
Reasoning Ability: Articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Math Ability: Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software and Internet software.
