Schedule: Sunday - Thursday



Responsibilities

           HRIS Support:

  • Support the administration and maintenance of the HRIS, guaranteeing the accuracy of team member data.
  • Collaborate with our corporate partners to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues promptly in Oracle and UKG.

     

     

    Data Integrity and Reporting:

  • Conduct routine audits to uphold data accuracy and integrity within Oracle.
  • Generate and analyze HRIS reports, empowering data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather HRIS-related data for reporting purposes.

     

     

    New Hire Onboarding:

  • Assist in the onboarding process by meticulously inputting new hire data into Oracle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.

     

     

    Team Member Records Management:

  • Maintain both electronic and physical employee records, adhering to data privacy regulations.
  • Ensure the utmost confidentiality and security of team member information.

     

     

    Training and Support:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries, offering consistent and effective support.

     

     

    Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within HRIS workflows. 

 

The P&C Coordinator also:

Collaborates closely with the Employee Relations team to enhance overall employee engagement/recognition.

Contributes to the planning and execution of team member celebrations and recognition programs.

 



Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
  • HRIS experience strongly preferred; Oracle HR Fusion knowledge is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Extensive knowledge and/or experience in providing customer service
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail & commitment to data accuracy  
  • Exceptional organizational skills  
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus 

     

     

    Depending on experience, pay starts at $24 an hour 

     

     

    Preference is given to qualified Rincon tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
