HRIS Support:
Collaborate with our corporate partners to troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues promptly in Oracle and UKG.
Data Integrity and Reporting:
Collaborate with different departments to gather HRIS-related data for reporting purposes.
New Hire Onboarding:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.
Team Member Records Management:
Ensure the utmost confidentiality and security of team member information.
Training and Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related queries, offering consistent and effective support.
Process Improvement:
The P&C Coordinator also:
Collaborates closely with the Employee Relations team to enhance overall employee engagement/recognition.
Contributes to the planning and execution of team member celebrations and recognition programs.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus
Depending on experience, pay starts at $24 an hour
Preference is given to qualified Rincon tribal members and members of other federally recognized tribes.
