Description

TOI TOI USA is a leading provider of portable sanitation solutions, serving customers across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, with its headquarters located in Fort Myers, Florida. We are seeking a Corporate HR Manager with strong strategic vision, high energy, and a genuine passion for people. This role will be responsible for designing, leading, and deploying the complete HR strategy for TOI TOI in the United States, while also overseeing the company’s Compliance Channel, ensuring ethical conduct, transparency, and adherence to internal and external regulations.


Key Responsibilities


HR Strategy & Planning

  • Design and execute the Strategic Human Resources Plan for TOI TOI USA
  • Aligning HR initiatives with global group strategy and US market needs
  • Identify future talent requirements and succession plans

Talent Management

  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Develop training, performance evaluation, and career development programs
  • Strengthening employer branding and internal communication

Culture, Engagement & Employee Relations

  • Promote a positive, high-performance work environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers
  • Reinforce company culture across the organization

HR Administration, Compliance & Ethics

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations
  • Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee documentation
  • Manage the Compliance Channel and ethical reporting processes

HR Department Leadership

  • Build and lead the HR team in the US
  • Define HR KPIs and reporting systems
  • Partner with executive leadership

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–7 years of HR experience, including leadership roles
  • Experience managing compliance or ethics channels
  • Strong empathy, integrity, and communication skills
  • Fluent English required, Spanish highly valued
  • Paylocity experience preferred
