Reviews, updates, and enforce the organization’s policies and procedures.
Research organizational studies and recommend modifications to HR programs, policies, and procedures as appropriate.
Maintains current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives.
Maintains knowledge of HR industry trends, employment legislation and ensures organizations compliance.
Analyze annual insurance and benefit plans and assists with enrollment, implementation, and invoicing.
Develops internal programs, guidelines, and procedures for varying HR reward initiatives.
Initiates HR communications with companywide HR managers and vendors.
Assists in employee relations matters to investigate and resolve problems.
Handles recruitment, selection, and placement, and on/off-boarding as needed.
Processes weekly payroll, while ensuring all status changes, PTO, benefits enrollment, and/or compensation changes are up to date and accurately reflected in the pay period.
Assists in process or system improvements and efficiencies for the departments.
Oversees the implementation of the department-wide training, safety, and new employee orientation projects.
Audits, researches, maintains proper employee records, garnishments, taxes, invoicing, and paperwork as needed.
