Vollrath is seeking a Corporate Product Training Manager to lead "Vollrath University"—our premier center for culinary education and product excellence. This isn't just a training role; it’s a stage for a culinary professional who wants to influence the industry by blending technical expertise with a passion for food.

Why This Role?

As the lead for our product training program, you will be the face of our brand to Executive Chefs, Foodservice Directors, Consultants, and Channel Partners. You will move beyond the line to influence the "why" and "how" of the equipment that powers the world's best kitchens.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Classroom: Develop and deliver high-energy training live and virtually, using adult learning principles to make complex product specs stick.
  • Curate the Experience: Plan and execute high-end brand events and "Vollrath University" summits, managing everything from the guest flow to the final survey.
  • Stay Ahead of the Trend: Use your natural curiosity to track foodservice trends, ensuring our training materials are always one step ahead of the market.
  • Manage the Hub: Oversee our state-of-the-art training facility, ensuring our test kitchens and classrooms are always "tour-ready" and compliant with the highest food safety standards.
  • Be the Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for our sales and product teams, translating technical data into culinary advantages.

Who You Are:

  • A Culinary Professional: You have a culinary degree and have spent significant time in a professional kitchen (Chef experience preferred). You still have a "love of the craft."
  • An Engaging Educator: You are comfortable on camera and in front of a crowd. You know how to command a room and simplify the complex.
  • A Detailed Planner: You have a "critical eye" for detail. Whether it’s an event budget or a PowerPoint deck, you believe that small details drive big results.
  • A Strategic Thinker: You don’t just "do" training; you build strategies that drive sales and support new product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a Culinary Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, development, or corporate culinary roles.
  • Advanced PC skills (Expert-level PowerPoint is a must).
  • Strong understanding of event planning and logistics.
  • Wisconsin Food Manager/ServSafe Certification.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
