SESLOC is seeking an Employee Relations Administrator, this role blends relationship‑building using your natural ability to connect and engage people with technical HR work using your analytical skills to help create a consistent, supportive, and growth‑focused employee experience.

The Employee Relations Administrator serves as a primary resource for managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution. This role supports the development and maintenance of job architecture and career pathing to promote employee growth and internal mobility. The position provides hands‑on HR support throughout the full employee life cycle, contributes to engagement and wellness initiatives, and supports employee development programs, including the summer internship program. The role ensures consistent, compliant, and people‑centered HR practices aligned with credit union values.

Education / Qualifications

  • Associate degree and 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, policy application, and job architecture/career pathing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (financial services/credit union preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
  • Solid analytical and documentation skills; ability to translate HR processes into clear, organized information.
  • Understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR systems experience preferred.
  • Adaptable to learning and using emerging technologies, including AI, to improve workplace efficiency.

Work Location:

The Employee Relations Administrator will work on site full time for the first 60 workdays to support onboarding and relationship building. Following onboarding, the position may be eligible for a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
