The City of Renton is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Employee Relations Analyst to join our Human Resources and Risk Management team. In this role, you’ll support citywide recruiting efforts and work closely with a team to ensure efficient, strategic hiring processes are in place.
This position will perform professional and analytical duties in various HR areas in support of the Employee Relations division of Human Resources. Work is performed independently and as part of a team. Tasks are completed with general guidelines and require some independent judgment. Contribute to the City’s vision, mission, and goals in the performance of all job duties. This classification is part of a series.
