Wells Fargo is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Relations Analyst to join our Human Resources Advisory team. In this role, you will:
Provide consultation on matters that require strong attention to detail, communication, effective problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering consistent, resolution-focused outcomes.
Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
Support the resolution of low-complexity employee relations issues with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to company standards.
Apply sound judgment within defined parameters to assess and respond to inquiries, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with HR Advisory leaders and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent support across a variety of employee relations topics.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of case records, supporting data integrity, compliance, and effective case management.
Continuously build your knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and Wells Fargo’s culture to enhance your effectiveness and impact.
Required Qualifications:
6+ months of experience in Human Resources Advisory or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
6+ months of customer service experience, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support.
6+ months of problem-solving or consultative experience, with strong analytical skills to research and resolve challenging cases while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Experience supporting National Branch Network operations or similar environments.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
Job Expectations:
This position is hybrid and will require regular onsite presence at one of the listed office locations.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
