The anticipated salary for this position is $60,000.00. This will vary based on expereince.

Job Summary

Provides administrative and operational support to the centralized HRService Employee Relations team. Coordinates intake, scheduling, case file management, reporting support, and engagement coordination to help ensure prompt, consistent ER service delivery. Protects confidentiality and delivers responsive customer service to employees, leaders, and HR partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor ER intake channels; log and route cases according to triage guidance and provide first-response customer service.
  • Coordinate investigation logistics: schedule interviews/meetings, manage calendars, prepare materials, and track follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case files in HR systems; ensure documentation completeness and version control.
  • Track case milestones and service level targets; send reminders and status updates to ER team members and stakeholders.
  • Compile routine reporting (case volume, cycle time, themes) and support preparation of business review materials.
  • Coordinate engagement activities and communications (logistics, sign-ups, feedback capture) and maintain action plan trackers.
  • Support employee survey/listening processes (communications, participation tracking, qualitative theme compilation).
  • Support training logistics (invites, rosters, materials, completion tracking) for ER capability-building programs.
  • Assist with separation workflow coordination and packet assembly; maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Maintain ER knowledge resources and standard work; suggest process improvements based on recurring questions and workflow gaps.

Qualifying Experience

  • 1–3 years in HR operations, ER support, shared services, or related administrative role handling confidential casework.
  • Experience with case intake/triage, complex scheduling, documentation management, and SLA tracking.
  • Proficiency with HR systems (HRIS, case/ticketing), Excel/Sheets, and professional communication.
  • 2–4 years in a centralized ER/HR Service Center environment.
  • Hands-on with ServiceNow HRSD, Workday Help/Case, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting surveys/listening, training logistics, and routine ER reporting.
