For Employee Relations & HR services in the Supply Chain area.

WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT: 

The Technical Part:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, and at least six (6) years of previous exposure to HR related activities within the regulated industry.
  • Professional Coaching and Change Management certification (preferred)
  • Empathy and emotional intelligence to understand employee sentiment, attrition drivers, and retention risks.
  • Influence and relationship building to partner with leaders on talent, engagement, and culture actions.
  • Bilingual: (Spanish and English)
  • Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
  • Experience in:
    • Diagnose organizational health using data, including attrition, engagement, exit surveys, and predictive retention modeling.
    • Design and deploy data-driven talent strategies to attract, develop, reward, and retain talent.
    • Own and drive talent management for the site, including retention, movement, and succession planning.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition to source critical capabilities and ensure diverse slates.
    • Execute workforce planning aligned with business strategy and long-range financial planning.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

  • Provide a strategic HR partnership to the Supply Chain function at the site.
  • Leverage internal and external insights to diagnose and design organizations optimized to achieve strategic goals.
  • Shape and steward culture and employee experiences that attract, inspire, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop engagement and retention strategies guided by Our Credo and Our Voice survey insights.
  • Identify talent risks and capability gaps through strong business and analytical acumen.
  • Lead succession planning and assess pipeline strength; develop plans to strengthen retention of critical talent
  • Drive leadership coaching and team effectiveness to accelerate performance and employee engagement.
  • Partner across the OneHR model to deliver talent and organizational strategies.
  • Support organizational design and change efforts impacting employee experience and retention.
  • Ensure communication and pull-through of enterprise talent and performance initiatives at the site level.
