We are seeking a highly experienced Employee Relations Manager to serve as a trusted advisor within a large, complex organization. This role will support approximately 250 employees across multiple departments, with 2–3 direct reports. The ideal candidate brings deep HR expertise and the ability to guide leadership through complex employee relations matters while supporting broader HR functions.

This position requires a well-rounded HR professional who can operate both strategically and hands-on, partnering with leadership to drive performance, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Pay: $41.30/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations

  • Provide guidance on FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers’ compensation, and employee benefits

  • Partner with supervisors to set expectations, manage performance, and navigate sensitive employee situations

  • Lead and support progressive discipline processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with company policies

  • Oversee and mentor a small HR team (2–3 direct reports), providing coaching and development

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including wage and hour regulations

  • Support compensation and classification initiatives, including job description review and alignment

  • Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals

  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs for leaders and employees

  • Analyze employee relations trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to employee relations cases and HR activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • 4 years experience in Human Resources or related field.
