The Employee Relations Partner (Senior Management Analyst) serves as a trusted guide, ensuring employee concerns are addressed with fairness, consistency, and genuine care. You’ll partner closely with leadership to support employees and supervisors through intake interviews, policy interpretation, investigations, and performance management processes. You’ll help maintain accurate case documentation, support trainings, and contribute to employee relations practices that are thoughtful, timely, and aligned with organizational values. In this new role, you’ll help shape and improve ER policies, tools, and processes - making a meaningful impact on workplace culture by fostering a positive, inclusive work environment. Throughout this work, you’ll help ensure employee relations practices are equitable, thorough, and fully aligned with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Salary & Benefits:
Salary range is $98,853.00 to $138,394.48 with a midpoint of $118,623.00. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint; however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market. Salary is negotiable. Performance based merit increase opportunities and Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) are reviewed on an annual basis. Work Environment:
After initial onboarding, this position will have the opportunity to work remotely up to 60% in accordance with the KCHA's flexible work arrangements; however, remote work conditions will be reviewed on a regular basis based on business and program need. Employees must reside in Washington State and have the ability to report to the Central Office in Tukwila. Some local and domestic travel may be required to support KCHA business needs.
