Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced people leader to join our team as an Employee Relations Regional Manager. This role is based in our Atlantic Station office, with an in-office presence required Monday through Thursday.

 

In this position, you will lead a team while also serving as a trusted partner on Employee Relations matters for an assigned business entity. This role requires a thoughtful, solutions-oriented leader who is comfortable navigating complex employee situations and driving positive outcomes.

 

The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams, along with a strong background in Employee Relations. Professional HR certification is preferred, and we are particularly interested in individuals who are passionate about developing others, influencing stakeholders, and creating a positive and compliant workplace environment. 

Responsibilities

Responsible for leading a regional team of Employee Relations Managers and supporting the day-to-day ER functions in that region. The Regional Manager will help establish and monitor the employee relations processes to ensure a proactive, fair and consistent approach across the organization. Additionally, each Regional Manager will continue to provide accurate, responsive and efficient HR consultation to assigned areas, to include proactive employee relations functions consistent with our vision and values. Serve as consultant on the development of strategies that reflect the business objectives of the organization and formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees. Conduct and oversee research and investigation of complaints, charges and lawsuits. Assess, anticipate, and provide comprehensive consultation to management on HR-related needs including; organizational effectiveness, employee relations, performance management and employee engagement initiatives, training and development opportunities to include employment law and workplace trends.

Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Advanced degree in HR, employment law or other related area or HR certification Preferred
Work Experience
  • 5 years progressively responsible HR experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on Employee Relations or employment law, to include two (2) years of employee or labor relations experience Required
  • Experience managing complex employee relations issues including application to human resource practices. Required
