The Employee Relations Specialist II provides day-to-day Human Resources business partner/generalist support. Core responsibilities include employee development, coaching, investigations, policy and process guidance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role supports a diverse employee population throughout the full employee life cycle.

Employee Relations Specialists offer professional and confidential assistance to DTNA employees and leaders in a fast-paced environment. This work requires strong multitasking abilities, confident navigation of shifting priorities, and effective collaboration with other OPT teams. Flexibility is essential, as daily tasks may change quickly based on business needs. Absolute confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism are critical to success.

What You Drive at DTNA

• Build and maintain strong relationships with managers and employees; assist in resolving disputes using various resolution methods.
• Provide HR guidance on routine employment law topics (aligned with Legal guidance).
• Administer HR policies and support adherence to established processes and procedures.
• Receive coaching and direction from senior employee relations team members.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and other location-specific programs as assigned.
• Respond to employee concerns and conduct investigations related to complaints or government inquiries.
• Partner with the business to support employee development, succession planning, and interview policy adherence.
• Train employees and leaders (primarily L4 managers and L3 directors) on HR topics such as performance management, systems, anti-harassment, FMLA, and more.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, job applicants, and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable government, labor, and industry regulations.





Knowledge You Should Bring

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of HR experience (e.g., recruiting, benefits, training, development, or another customer-facing HR role) is required
• Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and use data to support strategic decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• An attached resume is required
