Job Overview:
Our company is seeking an Entry Level HR Generalist. The ideal candidate needs to be very organized, self motivated, and express the willingness to grow and expand with our company. We need someone to assist and oversee our organizations human resources functions. We need a candidate that is comfortable developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support our business objectives and foster a positive work environment. We require a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
This is a full time, onsite position. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with occasional offsite meeting, etc.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs that align with the company's objectives and comply with employment laws and regulations.
Must have complete knowledge of Workers Compensation, filing, laws, procedures, and organization of claims. Working with claim adjusters, medical organizations, employees, etc.
Management of all FMLA and Disability, eligibility laws, procedures, return to work dates, etc.
Ensure the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Provide guidance and support to management and employees regarding HR matters, such as polices, procedures, and legal compliance.
Plan coordinate and conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Knowledge of Job posting procedures, and management.
Some experience with Union contracts, meetings, etc. would be helpful.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all management, employees, clients, etc.
Must process strong computer skills. Microsoft, and Google. Able to learn and excel in company based programs.
