Position Overview
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, communications, and activities across the Foundation’s HR and Finance teams. Serving as a trusted partner, this role manages complex scheduling, prepares materials for meetings and presentations, supports special initiatives, and handles sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism.
The Executive Assistant partners closely with colleagues across the organization and with the HR and Finance leadership teams to ensure that operations run smoothly and that key commitments and deliverables are met. This position requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Hiring Range: $90,600 - $106,400. This represents the present low and high ends of the Foundation’s pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience. This is a non-exempt position and thus eligible for overtime pay.
Work Schedule: This role is based in New York, NY, on a hybrid schedule and required to be in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
