About the Role
As the Global Head of Talent, AI & Work Enablement, you’ll lead the transformation of how FIS builds capability—designing intelligent, scalable talent systems that empower our workforce to thrive in an AI-augmented world. You’ll serve as a key leader within HR, advising executives, shaping enterprise-wide change, and ensuring our talent strategy aligns with FIS’s growth ambitions.
