We’re seeking a Head of HR to own the entire people function — from recruiting, onboarding, and compliance to performance, payroll, and culture. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads through action and builds scalable systems that drive results.

Strategic Ownership
Lead all facets of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and compliance.
Build and scale HR systems that enable organizational growth with operational excellence.
Partner with leadership to design and execute a people strategy that aligns with business goals.
Compliance & Governance
Own all HR-related compliance and SOC 2 adherence, ensuring audit readiness with zero exceptions.
Maintain and update internal policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance across jurisdictions.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop and manage end-to-end recruiting, hiring, and onboarding workflows that consistently attract and retain top-tier talent.
Implement structured interview and onboarding systems that create consistency, visibility, and retention.
Culture & Engagement
Define, operationalize, and reinforce company culture through measurable programs, communications, and rituals.
Drive internal communication and engagement initiatives that promote trust and transparency.
Plan and execute company-wide events, retreats, and recognition programs.
Performance & Development
Oversee performance management cycles, including reviews, feedback systems, and career development plans.
Build transparent, data-driven frameworks for evaluating performance and enabling growth.
Payroll & Benefits
Administer payroll, benefits, and total rewards programs with precision and clarity.
Ensure all HR data is accurate, secure, and auditable.
Systems & Reporting
Automate HR workflows for efficiency and visibility through Confluence, Jira, and Asana.
Build dashboards and reports that track key HR metrics such as engagement, retention, and compliance.
8+ years of HR leadership or People Operations experience, ideally within SaaS or B2B environments.
Direct SOC 2 or equivalent compliance management experience.
Proven success leading high-quality recruiting and onboarding programs.
Advanced proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and Asana (as a builder, not just a user).
Strong working knowledge of HR law, payroll, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Experience implementing transparent, scalable performance management systems.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, accountability, and precision.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a zero-ego, reliability-first approach.
