As the Head of HR Analytics, you will lead the HR Analytics & Metrics function. You will work closely with HR staff and business management to create actionable analytics that support decision making at all levels (strategic, tactical and operational). To achieve this, your role will be responsible for the design, implementation, evaluation and analysis of data and reporting mechanisms to bring clarity to HR related metrics and overall trends in the organization. Primary responsibilities include

  • Design, develop and implement reporting and analytical solutions to support people Leadership, management and executive decision making.
  • Packaging and reporting of the end-to-end story and how the component parts connect.
  • Work product will be reviewed with the senior most management of the organization including members of the Board of Directors.
  • Council with HR business partners and HR process owners to identify proactive workforce related risks to business strategy execution and analyze workforce issues or trends.
  • Draw from all sources and compile a picture that facilitates decision making.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of the HR Analytics team.

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $201k-$250k per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
