Head of HR (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Full Responsibility for the HR Function:<\/b> Including building, leading, and continuously developing HR as a strategic business partner to executive leadership.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Leadership & Structure:<\/b> Establishing and leading a high\-performing HR team, with clear role definitions, structured task tracking, and the implementation of efficient, scalable processes.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Operational Excellence:<\/b> Analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing all core HR processes, as well as identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>HR Policies & Compliance:<\/b> Developing, implementing, and ensuring company\-wide enforcement of HR policies, in close collaboration with Legal & Compliance.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>International HR Management:<\/b> Leading and harmonizing HR initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Business Partnering:<\/b> Partnering closely with senior leaders to identify people and organizational needs and design customized solutions.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>KPI & Performance\-Oriented Management:<\/b> Establishing clear HR metrics to drive performance and track objectives (e.g., time\-to\-hire, retention, development KPIs).
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>People Development & Career Paths<\/b>: Designing and implementing structured employee development programs, including career paths, feedback, and development systems.
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>HR Tech & Systems Landscape:<\/b> Analyzing and further developing the existing HR tools to effectively support all HR processes, data flows, and management decision\-making.

Requirements<\/h3>

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, Psychology, or a comparable discipline.
  <\/li>
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a senior HR role (e.g. Head of HR), ideally in a fast\-growing, international company.
  <\/li>
• Proven track record in design and scale up HR structures, systems, and teams in line with organizational growth.
  <\/li>
• Strong knowledge of German labor law; international HR experience is an advantage.
  <\/li>
• Strong communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and conflict resolution skills applicable at all organizational levels.
  <\/li>
• A structured and conscientious working style, with a hands\-on mindset and a strong ability to drive execution in a dynamic environment.
  <\/li>
• A strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a collaborative, team\-oriented mindset.
  <\/li>
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
  <\/li>
• Flexible work arrangements, hybrid for Denver based employees or fully remote for candidates outside Denver. Travel will be required.
