Key Responsibilities:<\/b> · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Full Responsibility for the HR Function:<\/b> Including building, leading, and continuously developing HR as a strategic business partner to executive leadership. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Leadership & Structure:<\/b> Establishing and leading a high\-performing HR team, with clear role definitions, structured task tracking, and the implementation of efficient, scalable processes. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Operational Excellence:<\/b> Analyzing, optimizing, and standardizing all core HR processes, as well as identifying and implementing automation opportunities. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>HR Policies & Compliance:<\/b> Developing, implementing, and ensuring company\-wide enforcement of HR policies, in close collaboration with Legal & Compliance. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>International HR Management:<\/b> Leading and harmonizing HR initiatives across multiple locations, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Business Partnering:<\/b> Partnering closely with senior leaders to identify people and organizational needs and design customized solutions. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>KPI & Performance\-Oriented Management:<\/b> Establishing clear HR metrics to drive performance and track objectives (e.g., time\-to\-hire, retention, development KPIs). · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>People Development & Career Paths<\/b>: Designing and implementing structured employee development programs, including career paths, feedback, and development systems. · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>HR Tech & Systems Landscape:<\/b> Analyzing and further developing the existing HR tools to effectively support all HR processes, data flows, and management decision\-making.
