Qualifications
The Head of Human Resources should have the following qualifications:
- Successfully built or matured HR functions in similarly complex environments, and is comfortable balancing hands-on execution with long-term planning
- A deep understanding of both hourly and salaried workforce dynamics
- Experience designing and delivering impactful training programs for both hourly and salaried staff
- Demonstrated success in implementing HR systems and building foundational processes from scratch
- Strong communication skills, and is a culture-builder and operator who can influence at all levels of an organization
- Experience leading or contributing to M&A diligence and post-close people integration (a plus)
Compensation: $150-$250K Base + Bonus, depending on the candidate's tenure
Location
Based in or willing to relocate to Brookville, PA, with regular on-site presence
