As part of its growth, the company is hiring a specialist to advance people analytics, AI and automation, and data‑driven decision making across the organization.

 

About the Role

Reporting to the Department Head, this role sits within the HR function and is accountable for building and scaling the people data and analytics ecosystem, with deep integration into finance and business performance data. You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT and business leaders to design and execute an integrated people analytics, AI and automation roadmap that supports strategic workforce decisions and improves data transparency. You will oversee the design and continuous enhancement of analytic dashboards and reports, combining HR, financial and operational data to deliver end‑to‑end visibility. You will also identify and implement new technology solutions, including AI, machine learning and workflow automation, to modernize HR processes, elevate user experience and strengthen the overall HR data and technology landscape. Leading a small team, you will own the people analytics strategy, roadmap and execution, ensuring alignment with HR and business priorities. You will partner with sales and finance team to link HR metrics to financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership. You will also collaborate with IT and data teams to design and maintain robust data models and pipelines that connect multiple data sources with strong data quality, governance and security

The Successful Applicant

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or Mathematics is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of analytics experience, ideally with exposure to HR data and processes; experience with predictive modelling and machine learning is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modelling, regression and predictive analytics, with the ability to translate these into practical HR and workforce use cases.
  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools and building interactive dashboards and self‑service reports for business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python or R for working with large data sets, building data pipelines and developing models.
  • Proven track record in delivering analytics, AI or business intelligence solutions, including the use of AI to automate reporting and workflows across functions.
  • Strong command of both Chinese and English
