About the Role
Reporting to the Department Head, this role sits within the HR function and is accountable for building and scaling the people data and analytics ecosystem, with deep integration into finance and business performance data. You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT and business leaders to design and execute an integrated people analytics, AI and automation roadmap that supports strategic workforce decisions and improves data transparency. You will oversee the design and continuous enhancement of analytic dashboards and reports, combining HR, financial and operational data to deliver end‑to‑end visibility. You will also identify and implement new technology solutions, including AI, machine learning and workflow automation, to modernize HR processes, elevate user experience and strengthen the overall HR data and technology landscape. Leading a small team, you will own the people analytics strategy, roadmap and execution, ensuring alignment with HR and business priorities. You will partner with sales and finance team to link HR metrics to financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
