Role Overview
A global fintech infrastructure company is hiring a Head of Talent to lead recruiting across all departments and levels. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on scaling a high-performance team, shaping employer brand, and building inclusive hiring systems. You’ll partner with leadership to define headcount plans, attract top-tier talent, and implement tools that drive velocity and quality across the hiring funnel.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruiting lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles
Define headcount plans and hiring priorities with internal stakeholders
Build scalable recruiting systems that ensure a world-class candidate experience
Source, attract, and close top talent in competitive markets
Establish employer brand across key platforms and communities
Develop diversity hiring strategies to strengthen inclusive culture
Track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and performance metrics
Collaborate with external agencies and recruiting partners
Ideal Candidate
6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in early-stage, high-growth startups
Proven success hiring in fintech or technical environments
Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and compensation planning
Strong understanding of candidate psychology and closing strategies
High emotional intelligence and communication skills
Familiarity with HR and ATS systems (e.g., Ashby, Justworks) is a plus
Experience with international hiring or global recruiting programs preferred
Exposure to fast-moving sectors like fintech or crypto is a bonus
Compensation & Benefits
$120,000–$190,000 base salary
