HR Administrator / Human Resources Coordinator
Fenton Mobility is growing! We have a newly created position for a Human Resources Coordinator to manage employee engagement and personnel issues. As the HR Administrator, you'll be the go-to person making sure employees have everything they need from their first day until they retire! You'll be the one ensuring policies and benefits are administered flawlessly.

Fenton Mobility is a leader in creating innovative transportation and accessibility equipment for buses, vans, and public transit systems. All design, engineering, and production takes place in our modern 90,000 square-foot manufacturing facility in Randolph, NY.
What You'll Be Doing as Human Resources Coordinator
- Managing payroll processing, benefit enrollments, and PTO tracking
- Coordinating onboarding (security, technology access, training) and offboarding
- Supporting employee documentation including write-ups and policy changes
- Streamlining HR operations in talent acquisition and training
- Handling HR systems like iSolved, time clocks, and benefits submissions
- Leading efforts around employee engagement, community involvement, and safety
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Experienced with HRIS platforms
- Comfortable being the go-to for all employee access and systems needs
- Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders in accounting, sales, manufacturing, and operations
- Familiar with disability, PFL, FMLA regulations and continuing education programs
