General Information/Job Summary
Provides administrative support for field operations. Primary duties include maintaining office records in Workday HR System, Project/field screening verifications for new hires and assisting in the training center with new hire orientations. The right candidate will need attention to detail when reviewing, scheduling and completing new hire screening requests. HR Admin will need to work in different systems to ensure accuracy of all requests.
Responsibilities/Competencies
- Data entry in HR system to include new hire drug screen request processing/scheduling for field/project locations along with status changes and separations.
- Assist employees with new hire processes, verifying documents, E-verify, verifying onboarding completion and adhering to deadlines for submitting information into required databases.
- General office duties include scanning paperwork, reports, answering phones, filing and maintaining electronic documentation and correspondence. Other duties as directed by project/office management.
- Obtain required authorization/approvals for various paperwork.
- Assist where needed in the training center including, drug screening, training, data entry etc.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Office Admin, Data Entry, HR Training/New Hire Orientation
- Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally with departments and team members.
- Detail oriented to organize and handle multiple project tasks and emails.
- Exhibit a positive professional attitude, maintain confidentiality, and have a high-level of customer service skills for internal and external customers.
- Work closely with the corporate HR team regarding field and office employees.
- Ability to learn and train effectively regarding policies and procedures.
- Experience with Drug Screening or ability to assist when drug screening is needed for new employees.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word
- Comply with the attendance requirements of the project.
- Authorized to work in the United States
