Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily Human Resources operations and employee onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientation and assist with onboarding processes
- Complete and verify I-9 documentation and employee records
- Create and issue employee badges and maintain access records
- Pull, analyze, and organize HR reports using ADP and Excel
- Assist with HR data tracking, reporting, and analytics
- Maintain confidential employee information with discretion
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge required
- Experience with data analytics and reporting preferred
- ADP experience strongly preferred, especially report generation and data extraction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a strong desire for career growth and advancement
