Alphanumeric is hiring an HR ASSISTANT to work in Lake Mary, FL with an environmental-friendly energy innovator focused on sustainability.
Pay Range: $19 - $22
We are seeking a part-time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with a primary focus on front desk coverage, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
* Key Responsibilities:
* Provide front desk coverage, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to inquiries.
* Assist with filing and maintaining HR records and documents.
* Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
* Help schedule meetings and appointments as required.
* Maintain confidentiality with all HR-related information.
