HR Assistant – ABA Agency

We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Healthcare Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless hiring experience for new team members.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and agency policies.
• Facilitate credentialing, background checks, and licensing verification for BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff.
• Coordinate orientation sessions and develop engaging onboarding materials.
• Act as a liaison between HR, hiring managers, and new hires to provide a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) and HRIS systems.
• Monitor state and federal compliance requirements related to healthcare staffing.

What We’re Looking For:

•  2+ years of experience in healthcare onboarding, HR, or talent acquisition (ABA or behavioral health experience a plus!).
• Minimum High School Diploma required
•   Strong understanding of credentialing, compliance, and licensing in a healthcare setting.
•   Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and EHR systems (e.g., Paycom, Workday, or similar).
•   Excellent communication and organizational skills to enhance employee experience.
•   Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00/HR
Expected hours: Full-Time 9:00am-6:00pm
