HTSS is now hiring for an HR Administrative Assistant in Breinigsville, PA! This is a temporary position with the potential to turn into a permanent opportunity.

? What You’ll Be Doing:
As the HR Administrative Assistant, you’ll support the HR Generalist, management team, and employees with a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks:
Maintain personnel records and update HR databases
Assist with payroll documentation
Support employee onboarding, training, and orientation
Help organize meetings and maintain calendars
Create and update reports for HR and leadership
Assist staffing agencies with time sheet processing
Provide general office support and greet visitors
Act as an interpreter for Spanish-speaking employees as needed
? What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual – Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong organization and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Office or HR experience is a plus
Friendly, helpful, and team-oriented attitude
