THE ROLE

Are you a self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a busy environment? Do you enjoy working on several projects and being detail-oriented? Do you usually find yourself organizing and coordinating? If so, you’ll be perfect for our HR Assistant role.  

Our HR Assistant will ensure our HR processes continues to stay up to game and continue to develop. Coming into our department you will be assisting across different areas of HR, which means tons of learning!

Range: $19.00-$21.00

THIS IS WHAT A DAY AT WORK MAY BE LIKE…

• Provide day-to-day admin support across all areas of HR
• Ensure compliance with HR processes
• Maintain strong partnerships with store and district managers
• Keep all HR reports accurate and up to date
• Send all HR related documents in a timely manner and organized manner
• Assist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
• Influences others to behave in an ethical manner.
• Contribute to HR initiatives and provide assistance on special projects as needed.

ABOUT YOU…

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Computer Savvy
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Clerical experience
• Must be comfortable with filing
• Enjoy working with other departments to achieve set tasks? Perfect!

IT WOULD BE GREAT BUT NOT COMPLETELY NECESSARY TO HAVE…
