Acutronic is looking for an HR Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resources team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in an HR role.

HR Assistant

Your Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and conduct phone screens and initial candidate communications.
  • Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and maintaining applicant tracking records.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees related to standard. policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support the communication, interpretation, and maintenance of HR policies, employee handbook, organizational charts, and directory.
  • Monitor and update required labor law postings and compliance forms.
  • Support ongoing HR projects and events, both virtually and onsite.
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department.

Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in an HR role with some recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-starter; able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.

We offer standard products and excel at designing highly customized solutions for demanding mission requirements.
