Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm

Summary: This position aims to support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, employee support, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions on policies, benefits, and systems
- Support hiring and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate employee records, including compliance, verifications, and employee status updates
- Track and document employee attendance, feedback, and workplace concerns
- Collaborate across departments to support daily HR operations and improve processes
- Assist with additional HR projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills:- High school diploma required; Associate’s or 1-2 years’ experience in HR or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Comfortable learning and using a variety of different computer systems and software platforms
- Basic understanding of day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks
