Summary: Supports Bridgewell's mission by providing front desk reception to all visitors who contact the main office by telephone or in person and administrative support to the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects related to employee on-boarding, employee engagement and recognition, scheduling meetings and investigations, reporting and employee files compliance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (40 hours per week)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Answers and directs phone calls to the appropriate person within the organization.
  2. Provides exceptional customer support to all visitors in the organization, greeting and assisting visitors in a respectful and engaging manner.
  3. Sorts and distributes incoming and outcoming mail.
  4. Keep the reception area, the mailroom, and the supply closet well organized and decorated creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
  5. Proactively orders and stocks supplies, postage stamps, etc. and keeps track of inventory to ensure that supplies are available in a timely manner.
  6. Supports the Chief Human Resources Officer with Employee Engagement activities, events, and newsletters; prepares and distributes birthday cards, oversees the employee years of service recognition process and celebration, and other activities as assigned.
  7. Assists the Human Resources team with HR Data Reporting and presentations as needed.
  8. Assists the recruitment team with education/license/certification verifications, OIG searches, I-9 and obtaining Intellicorp/RMV records as needed.
  9. Prepares ID badges for visitors and new hires/plus internal hires/promotions.
  10. Oversees the Bridgewell fax number and the HR email and distributes appropriate communications in a timely manner.
  11. Assists with employment verifications and other employee letters as needed.
  12. Supports, respects, and promotes an environment which fosters Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging for all employees and people in our services.
  13. Remains in compliance with all annual mandatory trainings.
  14. Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience:

  1. Must have a High School diploma or GED. Associate's degree is preferred.
  2. Prior experience managing front desk reception is required.
  3. Prior experience in Human Resources will be preferred.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  1. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  2. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to prioritize and strong organizational skills.
  4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  5. Strong team player, with a positive and can-do attitude who can collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.

  1. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  2. May be occasionally climb stairs and lift up to 25 pounds.
  3. Must be able to drive a vehicle.
