We are seeking Part-Time HR Administrative Assistant to support our HR department with various tasks, including personnel files, benefits, recruiting, and employee relations. This role will provide valuable administrative assistance to the HR team and the SVP of People & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain employee data using HRIS (ADP & ClearCompany)
Create and manage building access for associates through Kantech and Connect One
Assist with HR operations, including filing, data entry, and managing HR documents
Support HR communications, forms, policies, and event planning
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor๏ฟฝs in HR or related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift up to 15 lbs and remain stationary for extended periods
