Responsible for assisting with a variety of administrative and clerical duties for the Human Resources department during departmental and organizational change.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Education and Experience:
Education equivalent to high school diploma; supplemented by four (4) years preivous experience and/or training involving general office work, reception work, and data entry. Experience in HR and/or local government is preferred. Experience with AS400/BAI and FEITH is preferred.
Special Qualifications:
Must possess satisfactory results of a criminal history background check.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position classifies the physical exertion requirements as light. Must be able to lift 5-10 pounds. Must be able to operate office and computer equipment. May involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Essential functions are regularly performed in an office setting.
