We are looking for someone to join our team who can assist our Payroll/HR Administrator. Key responsibilities would include:

  • On boarding for new hires and new hire paperwork
  • Using E Verify to verify employment eligibility
  • Helping create company log-ins
  • Assisting in filing and keeping organized records of the employees.
  • Cleaning and posting to benefit and 401K schedules.

They will also need to assist the accounting office in warranty cancellations. This would include:

  • Processing warranty cancellations and down payment cancellations though our warranty company portal
  • Helping clean the warranty schedule and add notes on outstanding cancellations
  • Email follow ups with the warranty company on monies owed

Key Requirements:

  • A passionate person who is looking to join an office with a team atmosphere
  • Must be trust worthy with employee confidential information
  • Experience with excel a must
  • Automotive industry is a plus
  • HR knowledge is a plus
