We’re looking for a<\/span> <\/span><\/span>Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)<\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span>to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor and partner to senior leadership, driving HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, strengthen culture, and enable Fulcrum’s continued growth.<\/span>

You’ll play a key role in areas such as talent management, leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement—helping our teams reach their full potential while aligning HR strategy with business goals.<\/span>

What you’ll do?<\/b><\/span><\/span>

  • Strategic Partnership:<\/span><\/b> Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support overall business objectives and improve organizational effectiveness.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Talent Management:<\/span><\/b> Lead efforts in talent acquisition, retention, and development, ensuring that the right talent is hired, engaged, and nurtured for long -term success.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Employee Relations:<\/span><\/b> Manage complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions, while maintaining a fair and compliant approach.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Performance Management:<\/span><\/b> Drive the performance management process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and developing strategies for employee growth and development.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Organizational Development:<\/span><\/b> Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement initiatives that foster organizational change, improve team dynamics, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Compliance and Policy:<\/span><\/b> Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop, update, and enforce company policies and procedures as necessary.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Diversity and Inclusion:<\/span><\/b> Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive work environment where all employees feel valued and respected.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:<\/span><\/b> Analyze HR data and trends to develop insights and drive decisions that improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Change Management:<\/span><\/b> Lead HR -related change initiatives, working with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organizational change.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Employee Engagement:<\/span><\/b> Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace morale.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Coaching and Development:<\/span><\/b> Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees on HR best practices, leadership development, and conflict management.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Compensation and Benefits:<\/span><\/b> Partner with the compensation team to ensure competitive pay structures and comprehensive benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • Education:<\/span><\/b> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred). 
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Experience:<\/span><\/b> Minimum of 7 -10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or senior HR role. 
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Skills:<\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/li>
      • Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to influence and partner with leadership at all levels.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Experience with change management and driving cultural transformation.
        <\/span><\/li>
